New Bolting (Caps Screws & Stud Bolts)

 

I would check the butterfly Connection Types.
They should be wafer ones, so they should start with W (i.e. WFBB)

Also, Bthkness for STUD Holes should be set to 0 (zero)

Both good thoughts, and confirmed.

Flanges are FAB and valve is WFAB.

Bthkness is 0 for STUDs in the BLTPs

And, i have an answer....

The BTYP of the BLTPs were set as STUD.

When I changed them to BOLT, it worked.

But now my lengths are coming in too short for the stud bolts.

They need to be 6" but they're staying around 4.5"

And... I found the answer to the length problem.

The default BTYP in my spec was set to CAP instead of STUD.

Once I fixed that, everything comes in right.
