Offspec Piping Specification Bolt Spec Reference

 

Just guessing, but remove bolt spec reference from the OFFSEPC spec?

yeah i tried that mate but then it has no bolting reference and it cannot calculate the bolt

That is strange..we have similar setup, and the specs containing just flanges has no bpsec set and I sure gets bolts.

That is strange. So when you use those flanges are you using another spec for gaskets?
Also are bolt sets set for the flanges?
Because if I were to use a gasket or at least one other component from another spec that bolt set is used

Gaskets are from the "main spec" (spec of the branch). But without a gasket...I get no bolts, so maybe, if the gasket would come from a spec with a differnet bspec than "main spec", I would get differnet bolts. Need to explore some more in the future

Yeah coz all of my components are "OFFSPEC" items thus the reason i think that its looking at the OFFSPEC spec for the bolt spec reference.

Sorry I meant do the flanges in your spec have a SBOL reference but then I guess that's the old bolting method and you're using the new method like I am[/COLOR]
