other possible BTYP beside the known TAP, JACK, CAP ....

• I am not sure I have understood the reason...but...
Can't you play with different lengths at BTSE level (SCOM)?
Discussing about bolts is always a bit difficult through forum posts :-)
• Hello,

I'm working on bolts.
I have different bolts for one diameter

I created the BTSE the SBOL and the LTAB to the SBOL
in the BTSE are same BTYP as in BSPE

my BSPE it looks this way

HEADING
TYPE       NAME      BDIA    BTYP     CATREF    DETAIL    MATXT    CMPREF    BLTREF
DEFAULTS
      -           -        -   STUD

BOLT */BOLT-STD-FLG:M16 16mm STUD =0 /STD-FLG_DTEXT /ASTM_A193_GRB7 =0 /STANDARD_FLG-5/8_SBOL
BOLT */BOLT-ORIFICE-FLG:M16 16mm MACH =0 /ORIFICE-DTEXT /ASTM_A193_GRB7 =0 /ORIFICE_FLG-5/8_SBOL
BOLT */BOLT-BLIND-SPACER:M16 16mm CAP =0 /BLIND-SPACER-DTEXT /ASTM_A193_GRB7 =0 /BLIND/SPACER-5/8_SBOL
BOLT */BOLT-WAFERLUG:API594:M16 16mm TAP =0 /WAFER-LUG-API594-DTEXT /ASTM_A193_GRB7 =0 /API594_WAFERLUG-5/8_SBOL

BOLT */BOLT-WAFERLUG:API609:M16 16mm TAPA =0 /WAFER-LUG-API609-DTEXT /ASTM_A193_GRB7 =0 /API609_WAFERLUG-5/8_SBOL

BOLT */BOLT-MONOFL:M16 16mm TAPB =0 /MONOFL-DTEXT /ASTM_A193_GRB7 =0 /MONOFL-5/8_SBOL

the assignment and length calculation work perfect, but if I add the last rows with the BTYP TAPA and TAPB it doesn't work.

the reason to do it in this way, we need different length and part numbers

is it possible that you can't add different BTYP as the Standard from PDMS

MACH, CAP, JACK, TAP, STUD

maybe someone can help me

many thanks
• app. to the thread .......

the bolts for Wafer Valve are double .. NS 100 M16x8 in my case M16x16
yes the connection type of the Valve is WBB

:crushed:
• blockhead  ............. now I understand, I created different BTSE for the VALVes wit the the same BTYP.

and in this BTSE I calculate the required thickness.

problem solved ...... correct length on Iso

Corrado, Thank you for the hint
greetings Patrizia
• Good Patrizia!

And, if I am not wrong, COCOs for Wafer components are normally made of four letters. i.e. WFBB
