Jack Screw Not appearing for the sandwich connection

Dear Team,
Good Evening..!!
We need an urgent solution for the below issue. We are using new bolt method.
In the below picture, the highlighted flange is jack screw flange. If flange is associating with any spectacle blind or any other sandwich connection the bolt is not reporting in the isometrics. Please advice how to resolve. Due to this issue our isometrics are holed.

Could you please post the Message Window content you get after extracting the iso?
In there you could get an explanation of the issue...

See the above picture here with. Bolt is missing on the spectical blind side. Sorry for my poor language.

Usually it happends when there is some mismatch between flange and pcom bolts diameters. Check if para 5 are the same in both piping category.
