• Hi,

I have problem with bolt setting for inlet of PSV,as you know inlet of some of PSV's have full nozzle (like stub end) whereas bolt setting will be set as per catalog standard length so we get bolt report with short length for this case , please guide me to resolve this problem.meanwhile we use old method.

For example piping flange bolt reference is /ISBBD and bolt reference for inlet of PSV is /ISBBD-1 (bolt with longer length) but in this case bolt in isometric will not be shown.

If i shift to the new method ,mentioned problem will be resolved.if yes , Would you please explain it to me.

Thanks a lot
• In other words, size and bolting for upstream and downstream of PSVs are different.
we can only set a bolt for a valve. how we can set bolt (two different bolt) for PSVs?
• Quick explanation for both method will be;

for OLD METHOD, use MBOL instead of SBOL for the BLTREF.
your MBOL will have two SBOLT reference (one for each end)

for NEW METHOD, you will have two BTSE for BLRFARRAY on your SCOM (One for each end)
