q1 - i am using old bolting method , for wafer/psv type component is it necessary to make a separate flange with required bolt length ?? As i hav been handed over a on going project so no one is allowing to convert it into new bolting method
q2- and without gasket can bolting appears on the isometric ??
Q1 - Is it a Wafer AND a psv at the same time? Wafer valves would have COCO starting with W so their overall length will be considered in the final length calculation. Non-Wafer PSVs will need to point to a MBOL (Multiple Bolt)
Q2 - Yes. Gasket length should be considered in the SBOL already in Paragon
Q1- NO WAFER ITEM it IS ( BUTTERFLY VALVE AND CHECK VALVE ) YES OVERALL LENGTH IS CONSIDERED , AND PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG for PSV AS SAID I HAV MADE A MBOL (MSBBT-BW) AND THIS MBOL I WILL BE INSERTING IN PSV BOLT REFERENCE AND BOLT SPECIFICATION.
Q2 I MEAN TO SAY IN BETWEEN FLANGE COMPONENTS I WILL NOT BE USING GASKET
SORRY TO ASK SUCH THINGS , BUT I AM HAVING A DILEMAA
