How to break text into multiple lines on 'comment atta'

We are using a macro to add the comment atta to branching components such as reducing tees and olets where the leave end is small bore. The comment needs to be broken into multiple lines of text, I can't seem to find a way to do this without modifying the attributes manually. Is there a way to code in a carriage return?

I tried searching multi line text, text, break text, carriage return, and others and after reading through pages of irrelevant stuff I asked. Any specific search terms I can use?

enter desired text in the form with carriage returns where required

Thanks for the reply but that method doesn't work for me.
I made it wirk using a variable like

! nl = '
'

But it seems rather "barbarian" way to do it. I need the carriage return when writting to file.

Btw I am using Aveva Marine 12.1 and not PDMS

open notepad and type

stext 'line 1

line2'

With your current element as the atta, highlight the above two lines and within command line, paste as macro.

q stext to check your results. Very useful for Iso production when you want the Valve Tag on the above line and the valve handle orientation (for example) on the line below.
