Getwork i not working

All,

Getwork is not working, to get work done by others, I need to restart the design module. Please tell anyone what is the problem here.

My problem appears to be related to this old thread.

I added a component (a control valve) to PARAGON and it shows after a GETWORK in my MODEL session.

But on a designer's system it doesn't appear in the GRAPHICS VIEW or on the PIPING COMPONENT EDITOR form.

We tried to add the VALVE by changing a FLANGE's SPREF directly via the COMMAND WINDOW.

It is still ''UNDEFINED'' in the designer's MODEL SESSION.

After several GETWORKS and a restarting MODEL it still doesn't show in the designer's GRAPHICS VIEW.

Please see the differences between the SESSIONS below:

Could this be due to a low network latency?

Our MDB's are the same for PARAGON and MODEL.

We are using E3D 2.1.0.27....any suggestions?

Hi. Can you see this valve in Catalog Explorer (Tools-> Explorers->Catalogue)?

In my case, it was Kaspersky that was disabling get work functionality. But in my case, after new start i could see the changes done by other users. 

Let me know how is the troubleshooting going, detective work like this, is one of my favourite tasks as an admin :)

It turns out a that they are two different projects! Another admin created a study project and the DB were not in the study project MDB!
