Help file response time!

You can download Help files from Aveva Web Site and install them locally.

Viceversa, you need to have an internet connection the get help files from Aveva server.

So the delay depends on your Company internet settings

C'mon Corrado - "delay depends on company internet settings...." this would be the first thing cheked, before posting. Usaully when trying to access help.aveva.com you would just get a authorization error "403 forbidden" which means that connection is available - but lately the server does not provide response many times a day!

Sorry I meant antivirus settings.

Maybe the antivirus scans the website and check if it is a secure one and this could take some time....

I am not an IT expert.

Said that...

I do not have any issue at all, even if ( being an Aveva employee ) I switch my VPN off.
