Frame Display

I set LFRAME FALSE and the frame goes away if I am at the shee level
Then when I pick anything in the view a big purple box the same size as the view frame shows up. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I don't know of any way to turn that off, and you really don't want to.  Using the pull down, open your 3d display

Display -> 3D View

Then in your 3D view click the button for "Update 3D view from 2D view",.

You can use this to control your view, having your view purple shows what view you're working with in Draft..,  

Play with this fuctionality, it is a vast improvement to old draft!

I really need to do some looking around. I didnt now this was there.
Looks real interesting. This is only my 2nd day using 11.6. Looks likes lots to learn.
Where is the button Update 3D view from 2D view?

It's across the top of your 3d view, it's an icon that has a 2d box and a 3d box, with an arrow going from the 2d to the 3d box.. 7th from the left I think,

You can drag and drop from your design explorer into the 3d view and it will update your 2d view drawlist as you add and remove from this 3d view.

does anyone know why or how my frame around my view keeps turning back on... I turn it off and the next thing I know its back on.... can this be stopped?
