Normally isodraft sheet is plt file from draft. If lost backsheet in draf what is the source of your plt as backsheet? You may do it in Autocad and transfer it to draft. After that it's editable there.
The normal way to transfer it from isodraft from option file (administrative) and choose format (dxf) makes the sheet corrupt. I need another solution if you please.
