Graphics Rep. Issue (Design to Draft)

Hi all,
I am working on an existing project that originally had all its representation graphics set to 300 in design.
SETTINGS>GRAPHICS>REPRESENTAION>LEVEL (ALL SET TO 300).
Somewhere along the way the rules used were deleted or modified for draft.

Now when I create a view in draft, nothing appears in the view although it is there.

How do I modify the rules in draft to match the representation in design?

iam also facing the similar problem ,nothing appearing in draft view but in design entire data of plant is available... plz help
