Hiding components

 

You can remove piping components from the Draft view via a local rule.

Create a local rule and select 'all' and then in the 'with' input type something like 'type eq VALV'

Then turn the omitted flag to true - a RRUL property.. All VALV will be removed from the view...

Slightly different to above but means you don't need to add to the drawlist

I use this method also for hide pipes or parts, but you can't hide only a component.
