Hiding components

Hello world,

Is there an easier way to hide components in draft?We are trying to remove some eg. elbows near the end of a cutting plane and add some pipe cut symbol.

did you try to remove item from drawlist ?

i think it will work if you will use drawlist to remove the component unless you will remove the whole branch.. tried it already

oopps...i forgot *NOT WORK if you will use drawlist..

Try using the "Omit fractional pipe components..." Section Mode option when creating a view.....

 

Add a separate cutting plane that only effects the pipe..
Not pretty but it'll work..

Thanks for sharing your idea.

But using this style will make updating slower. Users also got so several components to cut/remove from view.

@corrado Users want to choose certain components to remove or cut in the view.. so this setting is not applicable..hehe..

Ok. I understand now. I thought they wanted to remove components cutted by section planes.......
