No. You can't. Navigate to your LALB and on the command line just type Q LIST
This will give you the list of possible  members of your CE. In this case you have SYTM or TXTM.

By the way.
In my previous post I was wrong.
SYLB is a Symbolic Label. Can own one or many SYTM (Symbol Template).

And anyway you can read DRAFT Administrator Application User Guide - Appendix B :Database Hierarchy

 

Check the symbol owner attributes (LAYER). Colour should be set to *template*, such that it represents the colour used in creating the sytm.

But i import symbol and backing sheet from autocad by steps:
1. draw backing sheet template in autocad.
2. use PDMS_sheet....(some command to creat file.mac)
3. Import file.mac to Draft module

So, my pic always only black and white...:(
