Include option for different databases

I have a drawing with xxx number in EN/DRAFTA this i want to include into EN/DRAFTB copying is one method i know.

I have more number of drawings to transfer from one database to another database and copying and renaming panic for me plz help how to transfer.

Include options works for only one database it wont work for one database to another database.

How to proceed help me friends.Its urgent for me iam in middle of Danger seeking help

try export with dblisting and then rename all drwaings in text editor and insert by other EN/DRAFTB

there is option SAME REF  for dblisting, but anyway another db means another reference numbers for elements... so it's a hard job.

Also, for PDMS 12 there is command
INCLUDE ACROSSDB /NAME-of-DEPT

But it will change ref numbers too...

If you have not any draft drawings, it is npt too bad...

I am trying to transfer a pipe from one DB to the another one using RECON SAMEREF.

It seems that there is a limitation and you can not use RCFCOPY for lower than ZONE level.

Am I right or there is a trick for that?

Yo haven't understood the concept of PDMS DABACON!

The first part of the reference number ist the DBNUMBER. Such you can't copy or move any PDMS item from one DB to another with the same reference number. Simply impossible.
