No. You should create a brand new RRST.

 

A section of a line is a point. So how can you expect to see single line pipes in that sectioned view?

Thanks Corrado.... i have created the specific RRUL for ALL PIPES in double line.... in the RRST hierarchy it is placed after the smll bore & large bore RRUL's..... still no result.... the problem still exists.

There is a new (PDMS 12) functionality that could do the job.
It is difficult to explain it here.
You can have 2d symbology in Draft that replaces or overlaps design elements.
So you could think to assign pipe cut symbols to support ATTAs on front views.
But you have to implement ATTA Part Families, Part elements etc etc.
It takes some time but it should do the job.

But logically irrespective of weather the line is shown single or double ... in a GA drawing i have to show the sectional view of a pipe, not just a point..... i just wanted to know if there was any option for that.... Ok.. i nderstand there are some limitations... i have to workout on that.
