Is it possible to use some collect syntax in VIEW elements to collect the elements in DRAWLIST in a similar way that the VSCAN do it?
I want to use the REPORT Utility to do a MTO from the existing BRAN MEM in a VIEW, but I cannot figure out how to collect BRAN MEM correctly, because in some cases the IDLI does not contain the most primitive elements in the explorer, so this element (IDLI) is not so reliable to collect every type of elements.
I already searched in forum, but I couldn't find anything.
Unfortunately is not possible to do that. The MTO generation by drawings is complicated and depends of a standard defined by the Administrator, because the drawing IDLI contains the elements inside it, but not necessarily all members, for example, a pipe element could be inside in a drawing, but not its branch members, so is not possible query its.
By other side, the VSCAN command only find the elements that are really showed on drawing.
So, the best way is always look for a good organization in Design Hierarchy to provide more and more MTO possibilities.
Is it possible to collect all the design element in draft view limits though single command with adding single single site or zone for eg in design i have created the box for ga and what ever is there in that box limits it come into my draft view limits
