I create a view always using the limits defined in draft. So i want to know that what is the main difference in between the limits defined view and user defined view.
It depends on your needs.
If you want to produce a plot plan of your whole project, probably a User Defined view would be ok.
If you want to produce drawings by Plant Areas (WBS) and/or elevations, Limits Defined Views are ideal as you get Sections Planes automatically.
The main disadvantage of Limits Defined VIEWsis that the ADDEs are created on low level hierrachy elements. Such if any new elements in Design will be added those are not automatically in the Drawlist for the view later on.
With a User defined view usually you define high hierarchy elements like SITEs or ZONEs for the ADDE elements. Items added later on in Design will be automatically considered.

Hi there, what makes you say that the ADDEs are created at a lower level?
I prefer to use Limit Defined views and generally use STRU or Zone level when compiling my drawlists. No different to when using User defined.
limits-defined view a little harder to create, but it is more flexible.
no more difference.
All views in the Auto-drawing production are limits-defined
