If your looking for pattern detail drawing of fittings, pdms is not the correct software. Draft, ADP (Automatic Drawing Production) are just viewable platforms to read from the 'Design model', fittings in the design model are manually created (paragon) to give a representation of the fitting?
Unfortunately there is no direct link from pdms output to ductwork manufacturing machines. The closest I have used is cadduct (CAD DUCT - Detailing Software for HVAC Duct Design & Coordination) which uses autocad as a platform. It is a ductwork machine program that has been developed for 3D design.
If you just want to detail the fitting with dimensions say, in plan view and/or elevation then yes this can be done using ADP.
