If you talk about Isometric Drawings, not DRAFT(???), use SHEETN and SHEETT
The "of" can be a part of the Backing sheet or (imo better) as static text in the option file.
example:
TextPosition SHEETN X 816 Y 12mm CharHeight 3.5mm
TextPosition SHEETT X 823 Y 12mm CharHeight 3.5mm

Goto your option files and standards frame texts>>>change sheet no and sheet total..
