How to import outline from polylines.

Hi experts,

I have imported a symbol from autocad successfully. But I get a problem that i can't get outline from polylines. By the time symbol is imported into Draft, all polylines are gone. Then I tried to import a simple polyline, but there is nothing about outline in command file.

Would you help me with this problem?

outline is a part of draft admin, In autocad how you define outline.

outline is successfully processed in draft admin when you are having polylines in autocad,with arcs and circles in your symbols it is difficult to get outline.polylines will import from autocad to pdms without any problem and oulining is easy on polylines.

Actually i don't want to get outline from arcs or circles.  I just want to import polyline from autocad to draft, but it does't work.

I do everything according to AutoDRAFT User Guide, but I still can't get outline from autocad.
Anyone can give me a hint ?
