Dimension in ISO view

how about giving Dimension in Iso View similar to isodraft dimensions in PDMS Draft application.
paralled Dimensions to Iso view.

the view direction is -X 45 -Y 35.264 -Z

I tried the Liner dimension with the ppoint selection but i am confused with the last step setting the Linear Dimension Directions form.
