Pipe end lable scaling problem

Hello,

Please look into the error indicated below, this is the error encountered while Im placing Piping end lables in the draft. It is placing the end lable symbols but it is not scaling up to the Pipe size leaving the following error.

ERROR: [UPIPEEND] Unexpected error
(47,15)   CP: Syntax error
