this is actually hard to do.
you have to create a symbol under your symbol libary. Which takes a little know how. Then depending on version you can use symbol replacement in version 12.6 (i think) or later, or you have write pdml code to do symbol replacement, or you can manaully place the symbol on the drawing. So I don't think there is real straight foward answer to this. I would ask your companies admin guy to help with this.
