(64,503) LALB /XXX-SLAB: Picture needs to be loaded.

i created one symbol in draft admin. it works good in admin mode. but user cant see or use that. if they are using "(64,503) LALB /XXX-SLAB: Picture needs to be loaded." error comes. kindly help me rectify this

try to update your sheet through sytem-->Update-->Picture which is available in Graphics Menu

i updated picture but the problem is different i cant find out the problem

Can you give us more details about what your users are doing when they get the error, etc etc?
