I have created Design Template for Structural Joints and Fittings.
When I dimension the joint instance in Draft for some reason I cannot snap to Ppoints of NCYL (element of the joint instance), though, I can do it when I dimension Fitting instance.
Manually I can link dimension line to NCYL by setting DDNAM value, but I expect that it would be possible to snap to elements of joint during annotating.
I wonder is anything I need to change in Draft settings in order to see Ppoints or I have to create Design Points in Design Templates?
Attach your projection line to the negative with ddname THEN stand on your projection line and Q ATT. One of the attributes I can't remember with no computer I think NPPT add a number like NPPT 2. I can tell you for sure tomorrow

I can attach the projection lines to vertex of negative extrusions using DDNAM and NPPT from command line.
The problem is I cannot do that using screen snap for elements of joint instances.
Say we have a stand alone PANE with NCYL. In Draft, I will be able to snap to the NCYL using screen pick. But, if NCYL is part of TEMPLATE of SJOI of SNOD, screen snap does not work.
