Not allowing access to draft

Hi
WE have 5 licences and at the moment have only 4 users.

So when I try and access Draft as SYSTEM Admin it wont go into draft it kicks me back to MONITOR.
Can anyone tell why this is happening.

I'm not sure if this is always the case but yesterday when I asked some else to jump out of PDMS it allowed me to get into draft again we have 5 licences but only 4 users.

Any help with this would be great

If you can post an image from your Monitor Console Window (the black dos-like form), we can read the error message in detail and maybe understand the reason why.

I will as soon as it happens again.
The funny thing is if someone comes out of PDMS it allows me back into Draft !!!!

I am wondering is there a setting to limit the amount of users in the Draft Admin - of course I have checked the users etc etc

DB DRAFT/PADD is in UPDATE mode?

I checked that and it was in update , It says its in use so can change it do I have to expunge everyone??

Yes. Or atleast you have to expunge the user who has write access to the DB...

I would also install the latest fix number 40.
You have no fixes installed at all!
This is not causing the problem above....but it will surely solve other known issues that may occurr in the future.....

If you need to have more that one person writing to this database, it should be Multiwrite an Implicit Claim..
