My convincment is that you should try to avoid completing your Isometrics in Autocad if possible but exploiting PDMS as much as possible.
It's a matter of time (-->cost) saving.
So regarding revision you can use UDAs at PIPE level as described in C:\AVEVA\Plant\PDMS12.0.SP6\Manuals\Docs\ISODRAFT Reference Manual.pdf Chapter 2.3.68 POSITION
