Draft Admin menus missing

I got free user right to the project, however when I go to draft the option to swith to the Adminstration Module is missing.
I only have the options for
General
Auto Drawing Production...
AutoDraft

and ideas why and how to fix this?
Running 12.0SP6

I think the username must be in the team DRAFTADMIN
