No it is not require a separate license. Autodraft functions built into PDMS Draft module.
And in PDMS installation folder in AutoDraftACAD foklder you will find LISP functions helping you deal with Autocad stuff
Is AutoDRAFT a separate application require its own license. pdms_blank_create brings up a syntax error on my command line and there's no Blank option in the top toolbar menu (I've switched over to the AutoDRAFT interface).
