if you want to place any information from UDA as a label text you should use appropriate intelligent text
example #:yourUdaName
then you will get info from uda with name :yourUdaName
just be sure that you attach label to a Pipe
Hi All... I have a situation in which not a normal practice for every project. And I'm new on PDMS Administration specially Draft Module.
The situation for this project is the PIPE NAME in Design Module is Actually not the real pipe name based from P&ID because they are using the Drawing Number as the Pipe Name in PDMS. On the other hand, the Actual or true pipe name based from the P&ID is defined as a UDA under pipe attributes. The problem is when you extract the pipe GA, the one that will be shown on the drawing label is the pipe name (which is the drawing number) and not the actual line number. I need to find way to show the actual line number and not
the drawing number.
