Setup module Draft for new project?

Hi All!Please tell me how to setup module Draft for new project?Which db module Draft need to include?

If you are not an administrator please don't try adding it into live project.
If you want to know for knowledge then you need to add PADD type db for draft in MDB

After add PADD type db for Draft in MDB(Project MAS,SAM).I'm still can not create Drawing in module Draft.Am I miss something for this step?Pls need more help.
