rack piping

Hello all,

we are not able to do the dimensioning for rack pipis runs 153 meter long. we splited drawings into 3. The middle drawing has no href and tref or any ppoints.Tried all possible wa,  but no success.
Finally, we exported sheet to the dwg fotmat to annotation and dimension in Autocad.
This is very bad in draft, why it is not programmed to stop at view limit and place a dimension or we may be donot know the hidden method to do the same.
Please anyone know the solutio let us know.

why you dont add atta in design ,like this, you use this atta to labelised your in /out (from view) your pipe with elevation for exemple
