Your snapshots are too small to realise what is there. There could be some rounding if your model dimension something like 75900.345 then it will be rounded to nearsst 1mm.
I think it lays in acceptable range
Your 1 mm could be also added as a remainder from previous dimension rounding. Use  TRUNCATE ON in option file command to suppress this

check this dimension in draft by adding into draw list some times it is very difficult to snap a point in a design.

I think snapping to a point is not the problem here.
Maybe there are some settings that need to configure.

I can't find the option TRUNCATE.
