Have you deleted any laye with name mentioned on error manually?
If you going to use ADP functions then you should not delete anything manually. Let the applicatin do it.
    It is one of assumption.
I think to solve it you have to recreate drawing

Really no basic idea. Try to create  item with this name (probably something under laye level) manually and repeat. What will happen? Another option recreate drawing from zero just to check if this is repeated
if nothing helps then do pml tracing with
    $r7/c:\log.log over
repeat actions, do $r0 and post log file here or send me mail

No RUAV, I have not deleted anything, simply followed our normal way. other than deleting, what could be the possible reasons for this?

From this log I can see that VNOT with suffix ATTS (a special item stores schedule info) was deleted somehow. The best solution here is to recreate drawing. You should not delete dany thing manually as far as some suffixes are predefined in PML code

The user may need to stay on the layer.
Use the menu Modify -- General ADP -- View.
Select the view under which the layer is present. This will open a form.
Click the schedules button at the bottom.
A form ADP Schedules will open up. Click the modify button. This will create the vnot and also and another form Modify schedule will open up to set the position of the schedule table.
Click the cursor button to position the table and click apply button.
Then click the update button in the ADP Schedule form. The schedule table will appear.
