Try saving the file in a UTF No-Bom format....

 

Which PDMS & Fix are you using?
I have tested it with AVEVA PDMS Draft Mk12.1.SP4.16 and if I query the attributes I get:

we are using 12.0 sp6
maybe with this release such attributes are not available.

I'm just getting slightly angled horizontal lines with this, no matter what setting I use. Anyone getting it to work?
