Text height change in draft

If user provide anything then this is not default I think. Default is something that is set once for the project and used on creation.
To set default you can use following
Go to your PDMSDFLTS folder
find file called dra-gen-dimlay - defaults for dimension layer
open in text editor and type somewhere in general attribute
TSIZE 2.5
should work on each new view/laye creation but restart pdms

How to change the tsize attribute to say default 2.5mm whenever i create a layer in draft module.

How can it be done. please share your ideas.

to be more specific i want all the dimensions created to be of a default size provided by the user.

Tried to place the DRA-GEN-DIMLAY FILE on the Server location L:\pdmsdflts and change to chei 3mm but when create new view its still showing 4mm
and other files need to be checked
