Colors are not being coming properly when extracting in dxf from draft..

Hi all..
i m facing one problem while extracting dxf file from draft..

i have given different colors to GLAB and other notes and dimensions
but when i extract that sheet in to DXF, different colors appear in dxf from the actual that i gave in draft...
can any one tell me how to solve this problem..

how do you type command " pdms_color" in acad?

You need to type APPLOAD in acad command line.

Then navigate to the AutoDraftACAD folder in pdms installation folder  For example : C:\AVEVA\Plant\PDMS12.1.SP2\AutoDraftACAD

Select all the .lsp files and click "Load" button

Type pdms_color


Your colour settings should come now

i did everything u said...
loaded all the .lsp file, but when i type pdms_color commad in autocad it says "no pdms layer found"...
dont know what to do next...pla help

may be you created your dxf file configurable? Command "PDMS_COLOR" works only for standard output of dxf

May sound silly.....but did you open the drawing and typed PDMS_COLOR or typed it in a blank drawing ?

as per your suggestion i created standard dxf and it worked perfectly fine...

yes chennaiguru..i opened the drawing and then typed pdms_color, but i was working on configurable dxf..
as per suggestion of [COLOR=#333333]sergey_b007, i created standard dxf and my problem is solved...
