How to convert dxf to dwg in batch??

Dear Friends,

Anyone have idea about converting dxf to dwg in batch..

through read some said need to use LIPS.. I am working on it... please help

I found this.. using script

OPEN
DIR\FILENAME1.dxf
SAVE DIR\FILENAME1.dwg
CLOSE
OPEN
DIR\FILENAME2.dxf
SAVE DIR\FILENAME2.dwg
CLOSE
and so on...

but if the file not exist the command will stop.. any idea??

I still working on it.. I found using script only, as mentioned when the file not exist the script will stop and hang...

so my plan is to use VB to collect all name in the folder we want to convert and create a script by VB by this no more not exist file problem, because we will convert whatever file exist in the folder.

This my idea.. if you guys got other idea.. then share with me too.

You can do it I have done this long time back using .bat file.

What is the command inside batch file? or at least describe me the routine in the batch file '.bat'
can the routine handle skip routine if the file not exist in the list?.... because sometimes we only want to convert few drawing.. meaning.. it might be different time to time depends on the need.

This will be useful when more than 100 shhet need to be convert..
