Precision of '#VRAT[1]<FR VIEW:#VRAT[2]<FR VIEW>'

I have a view in Draft that is 1 : 2.5 but it is appearing as 1:3.
Is there a way to get the displayed btex value to the precise value rather than the rounded value?

On the LAYE query the attributes and change the Pcode mms from 0dps to 1dps.

pcode mms to 1 dpls  inches to 1 dpls  fractions to 32 ths  angles to 1 dpls[SIZE=2]
