FIrst check what rrsf have been set on view...
then go on that particular rrsf there you must have defiined rrule for pipie,stru,civil,hvac...etc
for each rrsf there will be criteria and styf...
there you will get under which criteria and styf (you will need to play in that) your ladder falls and also might find why sctions are coming in breaks...

Your ladder break is because of Z value range in the limit.. it need to go down or up to certain level to make it fully seen.
Thanx for the reply Han_BFY...All issues have been resolved now...Actually in Representation settings was not proper thats why issues were there...it solved now.... :)
