i cant seem to work out where some of the default settings in E3D e.g. plot styles and print settings are stored.
for example i have created a custom plot style and i want it to be available to use every time you run E3D without having to import it and i want everyone in the office to use the same plot style.
i asked my local aveva office for help and they cant seem to provide any documentation for it.

You can save your user defined styles in a .mac file.
This will go by default in C:\Users\Public\Documents\AVEVA\Plant\E3D\Data1.1.0\USERDATA
You can distribute it/them all over.
Then you can re-load it from the same form.

I would suggest you to ask to your Local Aveva Office for a E3D Product Enhancement to be added in the future releases.
so pretty much there is no facility for what i am after?

E3D is a multi-years project.
It will be improved and further developed in the next months.

They can help us with suggestions and requirements.
That's why I suggested you to speak with Aveva Australia.
It is a more "direct" and "powerful" way to be listened to instaed of this forum.
