Problem in View Selection in Draft

Dear All,

We are facing problem in Draft.

one Sheet having Multiple VIEWS (8 Views)

none of the views we  can select other than view 1.

It is only happened with one system. But on other machine it is working fine.
We try to re-install PDMS but still problem is there.

I tried with PicFile also..

Turn Layer Tool Bar ON.....?
