fatal error draft :DGN CE...

DEAR

i dont understand something in draft

For some sheet ,when i want export in dgn with default dra-gen-configue
i have this message :a fatal error has been detected,program must exit

i dont see why ,these sheet can pe export in dxf without problem and other lot of  sheet can be export with this dgn config.
someone can help me?
