its difficult, why not try to extract the shapes or configuration of the plant then rotate/edit and add dimension tagging using autocad..difficult ot put dimension on that case.. better autocad. just an advice.

I am not sure about the dimensioning. But I guess 2d views can be generated by the help of clipping planes and specifying custom view angle.
