E3D 1.1 DRAW - USING PLOT TO GET B&W PDFs

Anyone know the syntax to get the PLOT command to produce Black & White (Monochrome Style) PDFs?

PLOT SHEE PDF $!file $!size OVER

Also according to the DRAW Reference and Admin Manuals, you can create sheet sizes and plotstyles. I just added a sheet size 35in x 23in with a name of "ARCHD". There was already a plotstyle named "Monochrome".
According to the DRAW Reference Manual, you should be able to use the size and plotstyle as follows:

PLOT SHEE PDF $!file ARCHD PLOTSTYLE "Monochrome"

DRAW doesn't like the "ARCHD" size or the OPTION "PLOTSTYLE"
