Remove gap in dimension line...

 

Plclearance on the DPPT Level will remove the gap.

Under LDIM Play with plclearance of LDIM Elements.

Jacinek, I've never been able to get an answer for this either.
I don't there is a setting unfortunately

Set the DTANGLE VERT and it will force the line between, you will then need to set the DTOFF 0 2.5 (assuming that your text is normally 2.5mm above the line. DTANGLE HORI is for horizontal dimensions.
