Matchline text (units)

HOW DO I GET THE MATCHLINE TEXT TO COME IN, IN FEET AND INCHES VERSUS DECIMALS OF A FOOT.... IE.   12'6"   versus   12.5000'  
I CAN GET IT TO SWITCH TO METRIC NO PROBLEM.. BUT WHEN IN SET IT TO FINCH I GET DECIMALS OF A FOOT.... I WANT FEET AND INCHES...

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

The format of distance, position and bore data generated by codewords is controlled by the UCOD attribute of the Layer element.
UCOD FINCH DIST - set distance units to ‘AVEVA style’ feet and inches, for example, 5’5.13/16
UCOD FINCH US DIST - set distance units to ‘USA style’ feet and inches, for example, 5’-5 13/16”
