How do i put elevation dimensions on pipes and structure?

How do i put elevation dimensions on pipes and structure?

I have open Draft and i know how to create regular dimension.

Elevations are normally done using Glabs and Slabs with intelligent text. Or you can use intelligent text in the PLTXT of a regular dimension to add the elevation to a dimension extension line.
